Air Fried Pecan Crusted Salmon

What you need:

  • 1 lb of salmon cut into 2 pieces
  • 3/4 cup of pecan bits
  • 1 cup of M.A.zing Sauce Original
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 cups of cut  and peeled organic rainbow carrots
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of seasoning salt
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Let’s get started

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place carrots on baking 9×10 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Use a basting brush to coat carrots with M.A. zing Sauce. Then season carrot with pink Himalayan sea salt, oregano, basil, and black pepper. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Let roast in oven for 30-40 mins until they are desired texture.
  4. Take salmon and place in a small rectangle bowl for coating. Pour M.A.zing Sauce on the salmon and coat thoroughly. Sprinkle seasoning salt on salmon.
  5. Take honey and pour and coat salmon. (This is done to have something for your pecans to adhere to.)
  6. On a flat plate pour pecan bits. Take salmon and coat thoroughly in pecans until the entire piece of salmon is covered.
  7. Place salmon in air fryer and let cook for 10 mins on 400°F.
  8. Plate cooked salmon and carrots. Finish salmon with another coat of M.A.zing Sauce
