Baked Salmon and Pan-Seared M.A. Sauce Shrimp

What you need:

  • 2- 6 oz Salmon
  • 8- Peeled and Deveined Shrimp (Pre-Cooked Frozen shrimp is fine for those in a hurry)
  • 1/2 cup of M.A. Sauce Original or Sugar Free
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Spanish Style Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon of parsley

Let’s get started

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat small 9 in. pan with foil. Pour olive oil in pan. (Foil makes for an easy clean up.)
  2. Slice skin of salmon bottom. Season with 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. 
  3. Place in pan and bake for 24 minutes.
  4. Place butter in skillet and let melt.
  5. Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and weed. Pour 3 tablespoons of M.A. Sauce in skillet with shrimp to add additional flavors. Cook shrimp for 5 minutes over medium-low heat if shrimp was precooked. Slightly sear shrimp.
  6. Serve shrimp on top of salmon with M.A. Sauce as a finisher.
  7. Top with parsley for garnish.
