Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

What you need:
- 4-6 oz steaks (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- 2- heads of fresh broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
- 1 cup of M.A. Sauce Original or Sugar Free
- 1 cup of uncooked minute rice (for those in a hurry)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of pink himalayan sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of italian seasoning
Let’s get started
Directions
- Heat up 3 tablespoons of olive in one skillet for the steak to cook.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive in another skillet for peppers and onions to cook.
- Cook steak to an internal temperature of 145°F. Add garlic powder, ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt, and black pepper. Once the meat has cooked to the right internal temperature, add freshly cut broccoli. Let cook down in steak juices.
- Add 1 cup of M.A. Sauce to beef and broccoli. Reduce to low heat and let simmer until broccoli is at desired texture.
- Cook minute rice. Add 1 tablespoon of olive to rice.
- Slice up peppers and onions into 1/4 inch slices. Add basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, and sea salt to peppers and onions. Let cook until slightly translucent.
- Garnish plate with rice, then peppers, then beef and broccoli. Serve hot! May add more M.A. Sauce to the dish as a finisher.
